Very interesting project indeed. As discussed, due to the spans, service life and AC closed envelope nature. It is highly recommended to select and develop the project based on PTFE coated fiberglass fabric and NOT on PVC
PTFE, known also as TEFLON fabric an excellent long-term advantages as demonstrated in the attached files which will greatly boost return-on-investment concept.
