كيف يعمل موقع خمسات
مقدم الخدمة (البائع):
- كي تضيف خدمة جديدة للبيع: سجل دخولك للموقع، ثم حرك المؤشر على اسم المستخدم الخاص بك من القائمة العليا، ثم اختر خدمة جديدة.
- بعد أن تضيف الخدمة (واحرص على عدم مخالفتها للشروط وعلى تقديمها بشكل احترافي واضح)، ستذهب الخدمة للمراجعة من قبل الدعم الفني "تتم المراجعة خلال 24ساعة".
- في حال لم تكن تحوي الخدمة على مخالفة فستُقبل وتظهر للمشترين ويمكنك البدأ بالترويج لها، وإن رُفضت فستتوصل بسبب الحذف بالبريد الخاص بك.
- عندما يقوم أحد بشراء خدمتك سيصلك إيميل، وستتمكن من خلال قائمة طلبات واردة أن تتواصل مع المشتري عبر الرسائل داخل موقع خمسات.
- بعد أن يرسل لك المشتري تعليماته وتتفق معه على تفاصيل الخدمة ثم ترسلها له بشكل كامل يمكنك الضغط على زر إرسال طلب الإستلام. بعد مراجعة المشتري للخدمة وإستلامه الطلب، ستصلك 4 دولار إلى حسابك على كل طلب حيث يذهب 1 دولار لموقع خمسات. إن أنهيت طلب ب 10 دولار(خدمة أساسية+ تطوير)، ستصلك 8 دولار في رصيدك و2 دولار هي عمولة خمسات.
- بعد أن تصبح أرباحك أكثر من 10 دولار يمكنك سحبها عبر باي بال، التفاصيل في صفحة الرصيد.
- قبل تسليم الخدمة في حال لم تستطع تنفيذها لمشكلة أو لعدم اتفاقك مع المشتري اضغط على زر إلغاء الطلب وسيعود المال لحساب المشتري.

نصائح للمستخدم الجديد:
- سجل مستخدما اسمك الحقيقي، هذا يؤدي لمزيد من الثقة بك من قبل المشترين.
- حاول تقديم خدمات مبتكرة وجديدة غير مكررة.
- أكتب خدمتك باللغة العربية الفصحى، تجنب العامية والأخطاء الإملائية.
- أخلص وأتقن عملك وحاول مساعدة طالب الخدمة قدر استطاعتك.
- قم بوضع عدد الأيام التي تناسبك لتسليم الخدمة، لا تستعجل بوضع يوم ولا تضع أكثر من حاجة الخدمة، وتابع حسابك دائما فإن تأخرت فوق مدة التسليم لن ينتظر المشتري وسيلغي الطلب.
- لا تقم بتسليم الخدمة قبل تنفيذها بشكل كامل فهذا سيؤدي لإيقاف حسابك مباشرة.
- أكتب بالتفصيل ما الذي ستقوم به في خدمتك وأجب في الوصف على جميع الأسئلة المتوقعة، فلن يقوم أحد بشراء خدمة مبهمة، ولا تنس ذكر المقدار الذي ستقوم بعمله مقابل ثمن معين، مثلا" تصميم شعارين، ترجمة 5 صفحات...
- انتبه إلى أن تعليمات المشتري لن تظهر إلا بعد طلب الخدمة ودفع المبلغ، ولن تظهر عند استعراض الخدمة في الموقع.
- لا تنسخ خدمات الآخرين فسيتم حذف الخدمة المنسوخة تماما.
- إذا أعجبتك خدمة موجودة في الموقع وأمكنك تقديم شبيه لها، قم بصياغتها بنفسك، وحاول المنافسة مع الإتقان.
طالب الخدمة (المشتري):
- تصفح موقع خمسات، أو استخدم زر البحث لتجد الخدمة المطلوبة.
- في حال لم تجد الخدمة، اطلبها في مجتمع خمسات من قسم الطلبات.
- اضغط على الخدمة التي تريدها لتقرأ الشرح وبعدها يمكنك الضغط على زر أضف إلى سلة المشتريات. ثم الانتقال إلى سلة المشتريات وإكمال عملية الدفع.
- يمكنك شراء الخدمة حسب ثمنها عن طريق حسابك في باي بال، رصيدك في خمسات إذا كنت تملكه أو عبر البطاقة الإتمانية. تُضاف لكل عملية شراء عبر بايبال أو البطاقة رسوم إجرائية بنسبة 5% أو بقيمة 1$ كحد أدنى على كل طلب. هذه الرسوم تساعدنا على إدارة المنصة وعلى توفير خدمة دعم فني 24/7.
- بعد شراء الخدمة يمكنك التواصل مع البائع عبر رسائل الموقع ضمن صفحة المشتريات.
- في حال تأخر البائع ولم يتواصل معك، سيظهر لك زر إلغاء الخدمة ويمكنك الضغط عليه. بعد أن تلغي الخدمة سيعود لك رصيدك إلى حسابك في خمسات مباشرة.
- بعد قيام البائع بتنفيذ وتسليم الخدمة يمكنك تقييمها حتى يستفيد بقية المشترين من تجربتك.
- لا تقم بإستلام الطلب إلا بعد مراجعة الخدمة التي استلمتها وتأكدك من أنها مطابقة لوصف الخدمة واتفاقك مع البائع.

The origins of Freepik Universe
Our first project, Freepik, was founded in 2010 by brothers Alejandro and Pablo Blanes, along with their friend Joaquín Cuenca, founder of Panoramio (acquired by Google).
Alejandro felt the urge to create a platform where designers could find free graphic resources. Pablo and Joaquín supported his idea and that's how Freepik Company was created.
Since then, our Universe has been expanding non-stop, creating two new projects: Flaticon and Slidesgo.
